Why We Charge Only 5% Commission

The math on traditional OTAs is brutal for hosts. Booking.com charges property owners 15–25% per booking. Airbnb stacks a 3% host fee on top of a 14–16% guest service fee — so a €100/night listing ends up costing the guest €114+ and the host walks away with €97. The platform captures €17 on a transaction where it did little more than show a photo and handle a payment.

We charge 5%. That's it.

Why 5% Is Enough

We keep costs low by keeping the platform lean. No 24/7 concierge. No algorithm that buries your listing unless you pay for boosts. No insurance product you didn't ask for. Stayzy does three things: surface your listing, process the booking, and get out of the way.

The other thing we do differently: we route guests toward direct contact with hosts via social media before they book. This means fewer disputes, fewer refund requests, and lower support overhead. That overhead savings passes through to lower fees.
