Getting your property listed on Stayzy takes about 5 minutes and a few photos. This guide walks through the process and what happens after you submit.
Before You Start: What You'll Need
- 3–8 photos of your space (we upload them to our CDN — no file size fussing)
- Your social media handle (Instagram, TikTok, or both) — this is how guests discover you're a real person
- Dates of availability and your pricing
- City and a short description of the space
That's it. No lengthy legal agreements, no identity verification process that takes three days, no mandatory amenity checklists.
Step 1: Go to /list-your-stay
Head to stayzy.app/list-your-stay. You'll see our host intake form. Fill in your property details: city, country, price per night, capacity, and check-in/check-out dates for your first available period.
Step 2: Add Your Social Links
This is the part that makes Stayzy different. Add your Instagram or TikTok handle. Travelers on Stayzy specifically want to see who they're staying with — your social presence is a feature, not optional. Hosts with active social accounts get significantly more inquiries.
Step 3: Upload Photos
Upload 3–8 photos directly in the form. We store them on our CDN and they appear on your listing automatically. Natural light, honest shots of the actual space. Travelers on our platform are skeptical of stock-photo-perfect listings — real photos convert better.
Step 4: Submit and Wait for Approval
All listings go through a quick manual review (usually within 24 hours). We're checking for completeness and ensuring the listing is genuine — not running a background check or requesting utility bills. Once approved, your listing goes live on stayzy.app/discover.
What Happens When a Guest Inquires
You'll get an email notification with the guest's details, dates, and message. You reply directly — no platform intermediary in the conversation. If they want to book, they complete a Stayzy booking (we handle payment, you keep 95%).
